Our cash bar service operates in the style of a high-end pub or venue bar, where guests order and pay for their drinks individually.
We provide a complete, professional setup including bar structure, experienced staff, premium glassware, and fully stocked products.
Where a premises licence is not in place, we can supply a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) licence at a cost of £21.
A £100 security deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is fully refundable following the event, subject to compliance with our terms and conditions, including no damage, loss, or outstanding balances.
Our open bar service operates in the same manner as a cash bar in terms of guest experience — drinks are ordered directly at the bar.
However, instead of guests paying individually, all drinks are recorded and added to a single running tab.
The full balance of the tab must be settled by the client at the end of the event. We will provide a clear breakdown of all items consumed upon request.
Please note: clients are responsible for monitoring spend if a budget is in mind, as service will continue unless otherwise agreed in advance.
This service also follows the same structure as our cash bar, with guests ordering drinks directly from the bar.
A pre-agreed monetary amount is paid in advance and allocated to a bar tab.
Drinks will be served and deducted from this balance until the prepaid limit is reached.
Once the agreed amount has been fully utilised, the bar will revert to a cash bar basis unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in advance.
Any unused balance is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed prior to the event.
